I know of some methods used but what is best? Should I leave them too just strengthen up and rise themself or give them some support until I repot.

Hrm. I'd say they're not getting enough light. They're falling over because they're struggling to reach the light, spending their energy grabbing for the light, rather than spending it on actually growing. That's my guess. I don't know the full light situation or any other variables but that's my best hypothesis. Can you guesstimate the thickness of the 'stalk/stem'

I have a home made light too bring them on, I guess Il put them under that starting from now. I also have my 250w and my 1000w but They will be too much for them. But im putting 3 large plants in my grow room soon I guess I could bang them in too.

Natural light is pretty unpredictable. Clouds can fuck shit up. Not to mention some days will just be boggy and ugly. Not knockin mother nature or anything.

Your 250w can do fine. Just make sure you keep it far enough away that you're not burning them. You could start seedlings on a 250w if you wanted, just make sure you're not burning them with the heat or anything.

Take my advice with a grain of salt, I too am new.
