2 different LED brands - same plants and room show different deficiencies under the different lights

Plants under Viperspectra 1200 always show cal/mag and some PK deficiencies. Plants under spider farm SF1000 most often look good.
Cal/ mag and PK booster in Fox Farms Ocean soil always consistent between to two sets of plants. All parameters the same in same room. Only difference between the two sets, Viper spectra plants are routinely rotated to different spots under its light and occasionally gets an extra dose of light from the SFarms light when close to it.
Any clues?
1st pic under Viperspectra 1200 2nd pic is Spiderfarms SF1000
Thanks to Everyone

Blurples suck, obsolete tech with poor spectrum and efficiency.
The Viperspectra is a blurple.
I'm stuck with the viperspectra till I finish. Wondering what I can do in the meantime to minimize nutrient deficiency signs. Raising it or keeping it just on Veg power. Both set of plants seem to have the same volume and density of buds so far 3 wks in flower.
Thanks

I never used blurple, but people turn on both veg and bloom. For plant diagnosis, turn off the blurple and post pics taken under normal light.
