2 foot tall plant harvestable?

Hey I was thinking about growing on my balcony and i was wondering if its possible to harvest off of plants that you only let grow to about 1-3 feet tall so the plant wouldnt grow above the balcony fence and bee in plain view of people? Thanks

well u could always let it grow and when it gets big pinch the top and bend it over to the side and let it keep growing more till ur ready or its ready

You might get away with the "plain view" part, but how about the smell?

I would suggest using a SCROG method, but you still have smell issue.

So your saying to basicly just tie the plant down and bend it over so it will stay under the fence line. but not harvest it early and let it grow out fully

The scrog method seems good but a little to tricky for a first time grower. I like the idea of the lowryder plants. But im gonna need special seeds for this. so this brings up a question is buying seeds online legal, reliable, and can someone under 18 such as my brother purchase these.

u wont even have to tie down just queeze a disired spot spoftly till u hear it get a little weak and then bend it where u need it it or want it plus it will make the plant change to and other parts will get bigger the only thing it will make the part u bent grow slower but everything else will grow great
