2 gallon pots for clones?

is there anyway if i put a clone in a 2 gallon pot it will make it to harvest without needing to be transplanted? i hear you can do a full clone grow in party cups (16oz)

okay thanks guys...got a tent plan on doing like 15-18 plants under a vented 400w fox farm trios...any estimate at what i could potentially be lookin at yeild wise per clone?

i use 2 gallon pots, just right for my small grow setup
i got 35g dry from one grow, mostly i seem to end up 1 oz per plant from my micro lst's
