I hear cloning from clones will eventually lead to a plant with reduced quality chemical properties.

Man your set up is inexpensive, but seemingly quite efficient. I think for people like myself with space limitations sog is the way to go. I'm just gearing up to try my own 2liter sog, but again I like yours man just simple and straight forward. Definetly gonna try your method of cloning as well.

just read a bit back into your journal. do you think you can really get an ounce from each clone?
what nutes have you got?
An oz per plant would be fantastic results, thats the ultimate goal and yeah i think it can be achieved. Im using GH Maxi series and molasses at the moment. I think a more realistic goal would be 1/2 oz per plant, but i can still dream!

I've heard this too, but i also heard it has to be many generations. Im gearing up for my next sog with top 44 instead of the THC bomb. THC Bomb is an 8-10 weeks flowering strain, while top 44 can be finished in 6 weeks flowering under ideal conditions. So basically im switching strains to cut 2-4 weeks off flowering time.

i love dreaming too gosh but seems like nightmares for me at the moment, really worried about what kind of yield i,m gonna get back plus i smoked all my other shit and got at least 4 weeks before chop chop time.lol.
i think i need to let my clones get a little bigger than they are because the buds are dense all the way down with no real fluffy ones and i think i could get more if they where longer.
few questions;
when do you start to add your nutes and how much more do u use each feeding?
do you find the mollases to be very effective and how much do you use?
sorry if i,m babbling but i,m sober right now:wall:

I feel you on the no smoke man. Im not sure what kind of yeild to expect either, My 2nd/3rd batches will tell me what kind of yeild to expect so ill have to wait to see how they finish out, as batch 1 was too tall.

I start feeding my plants from day 1, even the seedlings. My soil is actually 2 parts jiffy mix 1 part perlite (giong to be changing this) so it has no nutrients in it, or thats what i think. My plants all had nute deprivation almost right away, so they get fed all the time now.

My plants get fed everytime they get watered basically. Clones/Veg get 1/2 tbs of Maxigro every water. Flowering plants get a 1/2 tbs of maxigro, 1/2 tbs of maxibloom, and 1 tbs of unsulphured molasses. They get fed the flowering formula until 4 weeks then its jus the maxibloom and molasses. I havent noticed a lot of improvement with the molasses, but it definately helps. Heres a link to everything you need to know about molasses.

Hope this helps!

Top 44 seems to be getting pretty popular
because of the quick flowering time.

I wanna see a smoke report on that strain already!!!
Your perpetual sog will be awesome with that strain.

This is top 44. I've grown it out once before. It was pretty good smoke. i cant remember the scent or taste though. Mine took longer than 6 weeks to finish, but it went through hell and back haha. :(. It was my 2nd grow.

Update:hump:. Boooomshakalaka

I'm high and dont really now what to say to get this started, so lets just start.

This is one of my trial clones before batch 1. Its been on 12/12 for 11 weeks now. Im going to let it go another week. Its starting to turn purple, Im not sure the pics serve them justice. Depending on how much more purple it gets I might let it go longer.

The tall monsters from batch 1. They continue to put on more weight.

The "short" ones from batch 1. I chopped one today because it was sickly. It wasnt taking any water and had a pretty weak root system. Im unsure, but im suspecting that I could help solve this problem. Im going to go ahead and have drain holes in my next batch. Maybe switching up my growing medium will help too.

Batches 2/3. Bulking up nicely. I chopped a sickly one. It had a weak root system as well.

My two top 44 girls (hopefully). The not so bushy one i think is showing some female preflowers, I should know for sure by next week. The bushy one isnt showing yet.

Please comment!
