If you're not mixing the Neem right, then it's ineffective.

Its why I use Azamax, you can also use Azamax as a soil drench so that when the mites eat the plant, they ingest the Neem and die.

It does horrible things to their innards.

I actually bought a neem spray, which has soap in it and 0.8% neem oil..

Yeah I also spray they soil, but not that much, cause I'm not sure how the roots will deal with the neem and soap..
I spray only after watering, and than water again 3 days later, so the neem will be reduced by than.

Neem won't effect the plant. When used at recommended levels.
