They sure will.....they will veg until they trigger into flower....that could be strain dependent as well as climate ( your area ) number of daylight hours in july or Aug.. but yes ...they will continue veggingSweet, Im starting some Ice, and Blackjack strains here in Cali next week then gonna throw them outside mid May!
Also you think the plants put out in May have a good chance to continue to veg after they have been veggin under t5s for about 5 weeks?
They won't actually flower until they are mature, but as soon as your light per cycle drops below 17-18 hrs, it will try to start flowering.Sweet, Im starting some Ice, and Blackjack strains here in Cali next week then gonna throw them outside mid May!

Interesting how once March gets here....one starts getting ichy feet and the fever sets in ..lol. I find myself walking into the woods looking for new areas for the beauty queens to call home.....good southern exposure.....and your right...its amazing what happens over the course of the next five months....they can grow enormous....freaken trees!!! I have to agree with you.....I love growing outdoors..BUT...when fall sets in....I know its time to get the lights fired up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol What can I say.....I'm addicted to growing....Muahahaha PeaceHell, I just take and start my girls under 24hr light cycle till there round 12" inches or so, I sex them if I am growing out regular beans, and then pluck out the males & stick outdoors & they grow up to big ol' trees, round 5 and half to 8 foot tall some of them.. Gosh I LOVE growing outdoors! Can't wait for summer to get here!! It was warmer today so I went out in the backyard today and shot the bow some..
How do you get the plants to adjust going from 24 hours of light to what the sun give you outside? I was just gonna slowly reduce my light to 14 or 15 hours or so.Hell, I just take and start my girls under 24hr light cycle till there round 12" inches or so, I sex them if I am growing out regular beans, and then pluck out the males & stick outdoors & they grow up to big ol' trees, round 5 and half to 8 foot tall some of them.. Good question man.How do you get the plants to adjust going from 24 hours of light to what the sun give you outside? I was just gonna slowly reduce my light to 14 or 15 hours or so.
PERFECT....Just a little at a time for a few days then out they goGood question man.
It's not so much the hours, but the intensity of the light.
I usually just put mine out for a few hours in the morning for about 2 days, then just leave them out.
Think of it like if your woman woke you up, and drug you outside and made you open your eyes right away.
It just takes a few to get used to it, then you stop squinting.

I never have.....I just take them from unter the T5s and give them some natural sun each day and each day just increase by thirty min to an hr ...then I start to harden them by leaving them outside into late eve/dark until I just leave them overnight and out all day then its off to the woods till harvestTHank you, just tryin to get everything down as far as lighting goes. I hear also you can use some netting or screen for the first few days of them being outdoors.
Shit, that's a little too much work for me.I never have.....I just take them from unter the T5s and give them some natural sun each day and each day just increase by thirty min to an hr ...then I start to harden them by leaving them outside into late eve/dark until I just leave them overnight and out all day then its off to the woods till harvest
I take some precautions but truth is MJ is one though plant.....it can take some serious punishment....my deal is just that after years of growing I know that the more love and attention you give the girls...the more they give back...so my objective is to keep them as happy as I possibly can through thier entire life cycle...end results are greasy, stinky, heavy, high yeilding, trichomb covered buds.....which is what every grower wants!!! Im chomping at the bit....I can feel it in the air....spring is coming and my seeds are shouting out.....PLANT ME PLANT ME....lol WHOA!!!Shit, that's a little too much work for me.
I just veg them under CFL's, then when it's time for them to go outside, I dig a hole in the ground (or a pot, depending on if I want them in a pot or in the ground), put my trusty FOFF into it, plant the fucker, and off she goes!
I'm way too lazy of a person to do all of that myself, and it's always worked for me, but I guess it is a lot more stress on the plant doing it your way..
LOL, ya, today was monday, I should'a, huh?No little leaves to see?
