it's possible that you have an auto-flower strain, they usualy show sex by week three. or around the fourth-fifth set of leaves. if this is the case 24/0 will shorten there life cycle and you should grow 18/6 for best results.

you can do research on auto-flower strains to see if they sound like what you have
