Overwatering. Even in bubbleponics it is possible to overwater, if rockwool is set too low in net. Your rockwool should be dry, only when u squeeeze it your fingers will get wet.....

If in soil.. Its too wet.. Need better drainage.... AND NO NUTES FOR AT LEAST 2.5 WEEKS....
Yep your CFL could DEFINITELY do that. I ruined 12 plants about 7 weeks old because I decided it was a good idea to mist the plants with distilled water while the lights were on. I left the house went out for an hour, came home and they looked 30x as bad as yours, it looks likes you got lucky. I use four 300w tcp cfls and 18 100w daylight cfls, I basically ripped the water out of all the plants lol.... Now I learned my lesson, I only spray them 2-3 mins after lights out.
