2 weeks in? Got Q's?

Okay imma first time grower. Im 2 weeks in from the seed in soil. Im growing it under one 75watt fluro. They are about 4 inches tall. Does my plant look fine. The stem in thin. I have a fan. Please help!

there super stretched, first step is to get rid of the Foil, second step is to get better soil, third step is to get your light CLOSER

What kind of soil would you recommend?

what kinda soil do you got it in now? looks like mostly wood chips

try to get some fox farm soil if you can, or some black gold, or if you cant get your hands on any of that miracle grow will work but i wouldnt reccomend it, its really easy to burn your plants with that stuff

and when you transplant them, bury the stems a little bit

or if i were you i would just start all over without the foil and better soil, trust me you may lose two weeks, but it will be WELL worth it, cuz you could have a much better plant in 2 weeks if you revise your strategy

instead of foil use emergancy blanket... you can get it in the outdoor section of your local walmart or kmart or target or whatever and there like 1 dollar

you can get fox farm or something like it at your local hydro shop

or online for cheaper

if you cant go online and dont have a hydro shop go to your local walmart and get a bag of sphagnum peat moss, a bag of perlite and a bag of earthworm castings

and mix em all together and use that
