Hey guys,

Need some help diagnosing this problem, from what I've read it looks like it could be a low magnesium problem or possibly Nitrogen, although I am unsure what. Ph tests 6.2-6.4 on some of the pics you can see yellowing in the veins. After about a week of vegging they were started on some 24-8-16 fert @ 1/2 - 3/4 recommended dosage but after noticing the initial yellowing this was stopped and back to pure water for the last 6 days and the situation has worsened

Let me know what you think!

1) PICTURE OF PLANT Attached!
2) Growing indoor
3) Watering Every other day, watering to plenty of run off
4) Growing Medium, Spag. Peat Mix
5) What stage of growth, Vegetative

If after giving no nutes the situation is worsening then i would begin adding nutes regularly.

Make sure you are allowing it to dry out in between waterings.

Start with a 1/4 strength dosage and go water water feed.

When more and more foliage is being produced then look to either up the feed to 1/2 strength or stay on 1/4 and go water feed water feed water feed.

Yes it is drying out each time they're watered (every other day), so by your scheduled they will be fed every sixth day 1/4th strength feed /2 day/ water /2 day/ water /2 day/ feed. Are you saying you think its an N problem?

Sounds like this might be attributed to using tap water (that is probably softened) what would be the better water for them, distilled or something with minerals added?

your using the wrong food and not enough. Your growing with a flowering food when you need a veg food. Your lacking nitrogen

24-8-16 is plenty nitrogen

I think you should get her into a bigger pot with some better soil and you will be happy you did.

Well peat moss alone I dont think has any nutritional value..any bag of decent potting soil should work and you wont have to rely so much on your fertilizer as most potting soils usually have some food in it
