2 wks into 12/12 -1st HID Run

So we have been using our brand new ipower 400w dimmable/ switchable MH / HPS for over a month now. I just had to even out the branches last night, which allowed me to lower the Lamp closer to the canopy. MMM...I'm seeing fat -assed, juicy buds in the forecast. There are 5 plants grown in home-made compost and watered with fish-emulsion and earth juice bloom. Every top has pistils now, and we're waiting on those calyxes. Plants are: Durga Mata II (CBD strain) - Paradise Seeds and Amnesia (Seedsman).

Hindu Kush and Afghani seedlings are hanging out in the foreground. I think the HK is a male and the Affie a female, but they haven't shown pre-flowers yet. I want to make some seeds, so we will see what happens

Thanks guys, I had to turn the power down on my lamp to 75% (300w) as it was starting to burn some of the tops. I didn't want to raise the lamp, and I am keeping it close, just toned-down a little. In the future, I may run a small fan directly @ the bulb to dissipate some of the heat or I'll just get a cool-tube system next time.

With my nose in the jungle, I spot an Amnesia girl (Sativa in background) along with the pure Indicas (Durga Mata II) in the foreground. We're about 2 wks in at this point. Counting down the days...
