They are about to boom Gorbzzz, they will be up 3 inches in a couple of days now.haha cheers fellas, yeah I can lower it will just be a big fuck around. I need to find something to put under the buckets but if I cant find anything ill just leave em see how they go
I'm guessing light spread, you got your light cross the other way right? if you spin them so they are both in line with the cooltube, grow around it that way, easier to spread outwards than go around.....at a guess that's why one is growing harder. some cooltubes have limited light spread, if the reflector inside doesn't have the little 'v' section to spread the centre of the lighting the light gets directed more so straight downwards. my reflector had this issue, but only more noticeable when my plant got bigger and i noticed that some colas were being blinded by the HPS compared to the rest.... easily noticeable at 8 inches from lighthaha thanks flo! learn from the best ay
yeah the closest one is doing alot better than the other not sure why, topped at same time..
I think i understand haha,I'm guessing light spread, you got your light cross the other way right? if you spin them so they are both in line with the cooltube, grow around it that way, easier to spread outwards than go around.....at a guess that's why one is growing harder. some cooltubes have limited light spread, if the reflector inside doesn't have the little 'v' section to spread the centre of the lighting the light gets directed more so straight downwards. my reflector had this issue, but only more noticeable when my plant got bigger and i noticed that some colas were being blinded by the HPS compared to the rest.... easily noticeable at 8 inches from light
ahh ok, not spread then i don't think...as long as both are getting fed at even rates you will be fine, maybe one is just more vigorous?! after all, all seeds are different even coming from the same batch.....it could even be the fan creating a lightly different climate in that spot of the tent, i get those kind of effects in my tent, as i have a gail storm of fans everywhere. Other than that i wouldn't worry, they both look extremely healthy so i don't think it's a nutrient issue!!! you could swap their positions and see if that changes anything... that could eliminate 1 factor.I think i understand haha,
As in the photo the plants are vertical, well the light is vertical too, if that makes sense. Like the plants are east to west and so is the light...
well that throws all that crap out the window they will be fine, think about upping the food soon bit by bit each week, you will find their sweet spotThanks flo, yeah im not too bothered i think it will take off eventually. I think it was the one that was a bit sicker from the deficiency early on maybe? I did have to nip a fair few farked leaves off it so that would of slowed it down
EDIT: The funny thing is the one thats growing better is the furthest, like near the tip of bulb.
hard to say the difference in what a seed plant will grow compared to a clone, and depends on how much you're going for. I would say another 2-3 weeks sounds good, are you going to top them again before flowering? you could increase your flowering tops again in a couple of weeks......you should still get big flowers, just more of them and more evenly distributed...if it was me really tight node spacing by the looks so far, they love a good topping by the way things are going2 weeks more of veg? Maybe?
