20/4 ? or 24/0 better to start seedlings? which

which one is better?

has any one ever did 24/0??



i heard it stresses the plant?

but mine just poked up , barely.

yesterday at 8 AM i started the light cycle. ive did one day for 24/0

should i keep going?
or what?

what time should i take lights off??

I here you can go 2 weeks at 24/0 then go to 20/4

Tons of people do 24/0, and tons do 18/6, some do 20/4. I used to be a firm believer in 24/0 for the first two weeks but honestly I've latley switched to 19/5 or 20/4 for all first couple weeks, then 18/6 because the plants on 24/0 grew such a minuet amount faster then the 18/6 plants that it was hardly worth the electricity.

If u leave ur lights on 24/0 then your are taking out the dark cycle where the plants stretch out geting there height, plants will usually stay smaller when u leave the lights on 24/0... This is my own personal experience and others might say something else

so you have messed with 24/0 and got good results?
