20 day old White Dwarf with some problems

so i have three buddha white dwarfs that i am growing. they all are in the same medium and are getting the same treatment. one plant is having some health issues. it is yellowing from the middle out, the edges are curling up, and i am getting some brown spots on the leaves. i think its nutrient burn so i am going to flush them as soon as i am done writing this, but i wanted to get some feedback from you guys as well.

definitely nute burn

mine is kinda like that. do you foliar feed your plant? cause if there water puddling on the plant it can burn the leaves.

no i dont foliar feed because of that reason. i keep my light so close that i cant afford to have any water sitting on the leaves. i flushed the plant and it got worse. the next day was feeding time so i fed it as usual and it got even worse. there was nothing i could do so i left it alone and went to work. when i got back, it had some new growth that was a normal green color. i think it is healing itself and getting better... at least i hope so..

well my plant is 25 days old and i have yet to feed it.. soo i would hold back on feeding it for awhile. let it recover. just water it as usual but without feeding it.

say whaaat..??? 25 days and no food..? youre missing out on some great growth time. im not sure what was causing it, but its gone. i fed them as usual on sunday and all the new growth is looking great. `problem solved.
