what should i put in the foliar spray?

so ur saying when i feed them I should give them a whole gallon of the nutes ? I havent even come close to that Ive spread out the gallon for all of them lololol

well it never gets hot in there anymore without the heater. when the heater was in watering was fine now its a few days longer. the rest all neeed watered tomorrow

Sorry to take so long to get back. I was having trouble getting back on for some reason. Oh well, got some things done that I needed to. Have the plants from flower out to water when the wife came home from work. She walked in and said "boy this house stinks" and I said "yaaaaaaaaa". Use the regular mix of MG, 1 tablespoon per gallon I think? I used to use that before I got a computer and started to learn more about it. (that's when I found out the red shit was better) Ya, you need to think about how far that mix you give them is going to soak down into the soil. With what you have been giving them that's not very far. And then you are only feeding the roots at the top. You need to get it all the way down to the bottom. As long as you have a good draining soil you should be fine. You need to water until you see it just starting to come out of the bottom.

so feed them all with the mix till it comes out the bottom. thats how i water usually so I will do that next water cycle with all of them.

Keep in mind also that if you only water once a week, I might not want to feed them once a week. Every other watering.

Ya, that's what I would recommend. And as always just keep a good eye on them. The faster you spot a problem, the better chance you have to fix it before it's to late. But I know you keep a really good eye on them. Your doing a great job. Hell, their still green right?

u saw the pics there super green lol I love my girls and def take care of them. Im going to eventually convert to all DWC 5 gallon buckets after this grow...i would like to master the soil tho and still get a good yield with all the girls.

Ya, give them all a good feeding. One of the nice things about using soil like Foxfarm or any one that tells you what is in it is you know what your starting with. N-P-K wise and such. Makes it a lot easier to take care of them. I think it's a good idea to start with soil and get to know the plants before doing hydro. You can just start playing with one or two to get used to it. That's how I've been doing it. But I have also been doing gardening for a long time so I have experience with plants in general. Hydro is a lot less forgiving of our mistakes. You can grow it faster but you can kill it faster also.

all my friend hashlover i got 9-12-12 NPK tomato plant food not miracle grow but thats all walmart had. So i should use this instead of the blue shit right? Ima feed them tomorrow didnt do anything with them today

That should be good. What brand is it and does it show a mix or say anything about using it for a spray? Miracle Grow is good stuff but the tomato blend is more of a even mix and I remember reading somewhere that a tomato blend is good for our plants. Something about being a close mix to what our plants need. Miracle grow is good if you are growing something outside where the soil has a lot of the micronutrients that MG doesn't have. That's why we need to give them something more complete when we grow inside. I'm lucky to have more than one good source less than 1/2 hour from me. And to top it off we did a job right down the road from the hydro store near me. I'll try to post some pics of my two in hydro. I'm using 2 gal buckets and are plenty big enough. Don't want to deal with any more water than I have to. Keep in mind 1 gal for every foot of plant height should be good.

the directions just say to to use 2 tablespoons per plant. and water thoroughly afterwards

i dont think this shit will work its like pellats it was only 2 dollars do i guess im not out LOL. ill quest on over to menards tomorrow to try and get teh miracle grow tomato food

Ya, you don't want to use pellets. That is a slow time release fertilizer. Not that it's not any good. If you are having a hard time finding it just use the blue shit. It's still good stuff for now. Here's a couple good comics I saw.

Had my hydro plants out today to clean and fresh nutes. I have them in 2 gal buckets. Put my CFL's back up since my ones in flower aren't done yet and wanted to get these flowering. These are clones of one that is in flower with the HPS. Had to cut them back a couple times, they were getting to big for my small veg cabinet. I was getting them ready to replace the ones I have in flower but they are taking longer that I though to finish but they are close. It's a pretty simple was to try some hydro. I've got 9 42 watt bulbs on them.

fucking A my bottom leaves on some of the plants are still drying up and dying. it happens during lights off. im getting really frustrated now, anyone know wtf this is happening?

Did they get the feeding? If they did it takes time to get into the plants. Any pics?
