What it is, they are still in veg stage for the first 2 weeks of 12:12. They will still be on veg nutes til day 10-14 roughly. (Day 7 on that photo but they hate N).
I ordered a cheap 60 x microscope attachment for my my phones camera of ebay. Should help me determine when they are ready. I want to wait for the couch lock so would that be 75 percent amber triches? I know you can wait too long also and it degrades the quality.
that scope will work wait no more than 80% amber color 20% milky - one will all ways have some clear
Yh can't wait for the microscope, I used one of the lenses in my binoculars to get above pics.
Dan, what happens is that they turn slowly. First they go from clear to milky, then when most are milky you get a few ambers.

Lol I dunno, you tell me... I'll harvest when a majority are amber if it goes past 8 weeks. If its an eight weeker then most should be amber around the eight week mark?
This is the twelth day since I switched to 12/12, do you think the progress is slower than it should be? My friends are really going now and he told me he was 5 weeks in before but then yesterday he said he was three weeks in and it makes me feel like my plants are slow.
Well the first thing I notice is that he has loads of one and three bladed leaves. This is sign of stress. It looks 3 -4 weeks (on a slow strain) in not 5. He needs to pullback on the N and increase with flower food for PK.
Uh, is that canna a and b for coco, Aqua, hydro? And with the soil? Why is he using nutes for an inert medium in soil?
Canna Coco I believe, and he was growing in coco at first but last 2 bags he bought he got bio bizz (I thought that was coco and worm castings etc)
