If you think they were built by pulleys and hand then that's your problem, not mine. These are facts, no one is moving 100,000 stones weighing at 40,000 pounds a piece by "pulling" with normal rope and hand then stacking them hundreds of feet. Think what you will, to each his own.

And even if there were about 250-1,000 or more, men pulling on one stone weighting that much the rope or "pulley" would most likely break before the stone moved 1 inch.
