I missed out on meeyinh everyone. I was dabbed out. I went to game pen asking...anyone from RIU??? Maybe cus I wasnt noticing people. I am going to the SFO cup for sure. I bought some beens from Subcool and Rare Dankness. Cool peeps. i got so much.free shit i.didnt buy.flowers.at.all.,i got 20 free prerols a quater of caviar.gold which was good. And some of cp3o bud. I know DJ shorts, i got some flo from Jonathan.

Looking to run the ripped Bubba beans.

Hammerhead entered GG#4 at the LA cup. Hes a Cali grower. I believe it was grown from seed. That's why its called Gorilla Glue #4. GG#4 will be entered in the Frisco cup. If he is passing cuts around I believe it will be the same as Los Angele's only 10 or 15 to be passed around.

Either way that's sick that a cup winner would make that strain available to the community.
 
Do not know this hammerhead fella but i like that he is spreading the love...I couldn't imagine working something or even winning the gene lottery and having somegthing truly special in my garden and not wanting to share it with other growers...kind of like the shit eating grin when someone samples your bud for the first time but x10 i would think..

then to see your strain online in others gardens...shiiiiiit... I do see the dilema though as many with good intentions have gifted their work only for the next man(bad word) to turn around and s1 or just take credit and cash in...at the end of the day i think as long as i was given the credit screw it..

Totally relevant! Same thing happened in the software industry. Was free - then people cashed in - and now the good stuff is free again! The good stuff started at Berkeley also :)
 
I've been known to chuck a bunch of pollen, and start seeds from banks. I personally would never kick down anything BUT the best pheno i found to my friends/family. But so many people, if they release something, only kick down an inferior pheno. Can't blame them i guess. I'm pretty convinced, that most cuts from clubs(from seed) are examples of this. I say, if your gonna kick it down, kick the good one down, and be proud!

I recommend starting with a male from something stable like bubblegum or skunk#1, and cross it with an elite cut, if just messing around at first.
