lobster meat is all picked and being seal a mealed up and packed in ice for the trip along with the scollops so wher'e good to go myself I want to tear into that pig I eat seafood almost daily seeing there is over 20 boats in the family that bring an assortment of seafood home daily someone always wants it and I take care of several of the old timers with fresh fish and whatever they need

I want that bbq pig for myself lol.. lobsters here are cheaper than a lb of hotdogs at the store so the plane lets us have 2 -50 lb boxes each so we just let them do the shipping for free and its never frozen straight out the water this morning

i got some oak here at the rental in tahoe in a garage i can toss in . i think i will try to get to your place early friday to go help set up and hang if your cool with that

JD don't worry about wood. I have that covered.
