anyone ever have issues with neighbors or police? I’m in Middlesex County and am debating putting a few autos in 5 or 10 gallon grow bags in my back yard but don’t want to get fined or spend time/money on building a super secure area. It looks like the law doesn’t specify things like height requirements for fencing, right?

Nope. Just be smart. Consider how close they are or how high they will grow. Some neighbors don't mind , while others do. Just be smart. According to CCC, strictly only indoor is allowed.

Last resort a few I know say they will play the "I didn't know" game lol the few I know that do it in 978 have their yards fenced off and are in quiet areas. JUST BE SMART.

I was driving around town last September. Get to a stop sign, look to my right and see someone's garden 20 ft away with nothing more than 4ft garden fence. About 4 plants mixed in with the tomatoes and other veggies. Thought that was a bit brazen.

My buddy had his in the open like a genius last year and halfway through flower, someone hacked up all his girls while he was asleep. I warned him but what do I know SMH

Yeah that's wild, I think one would be fine in the suburb versus the city. If in the city, should be in the quiet/calm part. If not, better have a dog, cameras or balls of teflon IMO :lol:

Yeah, mother nature a fickle ho. I planted a little late and paid the mold price, (1/4. Of the crop?) And this year was just starting to look warm when the cold spell hit, wonkifying my careful calculations...
A buddy dropped off some stunted, I lost my seeds to a mouse <fkr ate thru plastic film can> but then FOUND MY GOLDEN STASH of seeds I
am ecstatic. Even if I only pull 4-5 females from them, I'll be stoked.20210606_144304.jpg
One of my personal seeds from past year. Should be 6 here, and some popping. Another dozen maybe.?

Fence gotta have a locked gate. Plants cannot be visible to public.
That's the bones of it.
Flesh out the Security as needed beyond that.
