I’m not going through 30 pages to see if thisgot clarified but OGS had a Blue Satelite 2.2 male he hit to a C99 and he listed the Iranian BX2 as having BS 2.2, which means he outcrossed the Iranian to the Blue before doing the BX1, this gave him the male to
Make the Bx1.

I’m heavily invested in the BS2.2 as I too have worked it (my bs2.2 male has mated with: GG4, Gods Gift, Apollo 11, Double Purp Doja, Alaskan Thunder Fuck, DJ Short indica Blueberry, Exodus Cheese and I used it to make my Strawberry Cough BX1) I picked up the early Iranian to breed with my Blueberry x Blue Satellite 2.2 F2 cross.
I'm not seeing that BS is in the breeding of EI in the description here of Early Iranian.
It's classified As a landrace.

I can't find the reference, but I believe OGS outcrossed the Iranian Early Flower initially as it was from feminized seeds when acquired from Dr. Greenthumb. So as to get it into regular seed form. I thought I read a reference to what strain it was out crossed to on one of the OGS seed description, but can't find it at the moment. Maybe that is where the Blue Satelite came in?

No idea. But my Iranian Early Flower got big. I was expecting a short indica.

Oregon Grown OG description is where they talk about the Iranian Early Flower lineage.

The Iranian ‘early flower’ (father in this cross) was sourced from Dr. Greenthumb, S1 from original cutting. To get that into regular seed form, I outcrossed it to the Blue Satellite 2.2, then bred two more generations always selecting males to cross back into the original IEF>
Not sure if they are stocking any of these varieties anymore. I'm glad I still have a pack and a half of the iranian early flower.

I knew I had seen that info before! I still have some Iranian Early Flower, as well as the Oaxacan/Iranian cross which did real well outdoors 2 years ago! I'm afraid to grow Iranian Early Fower outdoors here do to the humidity, but I am learning indoor growing, so will run those next winter, indoors.

I ran the early flower indoors once but as a seed crop. OGS warns against running them indoors since the strain is light hungry. I think it would be worth A try but if they don't do well, that could be why.

I may just have to run them as a breeding project. I saw where she said they will auto indoors. I think it is too humid here to run outdoors.

Mine started flowering early but didn't finish. I didn't notice that they were more susceptible to mold than some other varieties really. I did use copper early and took other measures.
