Both are growing in cheap p.soil, I bought some FFHF but I’m afraid of transplanting them.

Heat can definitely stunt growth for a bit but it will usually start up after the plant gets acclimated.

Growth may be stunted due to being in a cup and rootbound. If the cup is getting hot then your roots may begin to cook. I never personally use hot fertilizer as it adds an uncontrolled aspect that if things go wrong they go wrong fast.

I would check your roots (if you can slide the dirt mass out of the cup safely). If the roots appear dark then there most likely getting cooked from heat.

Thanks for the info, I kind of thought that cause the T-K loves the sun. The G-C looks healthy, good color just not growing much.
 
I've used Epsom salt in the past when I've had a plant stunted by root issues or nutrient lockout. Tbh epsom salt should be used every few weeks as it does too many beneficial things to list
