2023 Outdoor GSC growth -

Found a few old seeds from last year and decided to test it they are still viable. Started in rooter blocks along with Summer Corn and some other assorted veggies. Both germed and started a few weeks ago (22-May). One is doing very nicely, the other is lagging...but I actually did not think either would still be viable so I'll take it!

The plants in the foreground are Triple Crown black berries from cuttings.

Any reason they are in pots and not in the ground?

Gophers...like hellishly efficient gophers! We just mowed the yard, so I will likely drop some root cages and get them into the ground. I am going to drop some for the berries and then set up drip for watering and everything on the bench will be set up at the same time.
