I have no idea, to be honest. The bulb is whatever came in the condo when we bought it. I'd imagine it's between a year and two years old, since we've been here somewhere between a year and two years...and one of the lights (there's two cocentric ring lights inside the white plastic shroud) is out.

The company's name, though, is Lusa Lighting. The site for these specific ceiling lamps is Lusa Redondo. Their main flourescent bulb page is Lusa Fluorescent Lighting, and I'm sure you can find your way around from there.

I think so. They're cheap to buy, easy to replace, cheap on electricity, and vegging plants love cool white flourescents. Just my $.02.
