These picture are from the flower room taken 2 or 3 days ago. everything is starting to sugar right up now! smells so sweet i just love it!!
HERE ARE A FEW PROBLEMS I'VE HAD!
1st i went in the room (2weeks ago) and 1 600 ballast had died.
2nd went past room about 3 hrs after lights off and yep the bloody lights were on, Timer failed- contacts cooked.
3rd i thought running a timer for each light would help, no again 3 more timers gone, Burnt out.
so at the moment i'm getting up at 6 every morning to turn off and gotta be here at 6 at night to switch back on. I'm in the process of ordering the bits to build my own timer start up box just like the hydro shop have for $400 ill build it for around $100 and it will be able to switch up to 6 1000 w lights on with out timers stuffing up. I will post a DIY for those who would like to attempt making one BUT i'd recommend it be wired by a Licenced Electrician.
The Pepp has somehow polinated itself while i wasn't looking and has now about 10 flowers that are swollen with seeds. To the bin with those dirty dirty flowers!

Man, I'd let them mature and save those seeds. They're probably feminized from a herm in there I'd think. You got your very own F1 strain right there.

Here is the STD, it looks so good, my mouth waters when i smell it! i cant wait until i'm sitting back blowing my head off with this FILTH ASS ROTTEN STENCHY DANK WEED!!!!!

The other pictures are off my A/C and dehumidifier setup, not much room so i have it in my walk way for now, Its doing its job excellent! i'm so happy with it. i empty up to 3lts a day depending on weather outside. when it rains outside i had twice as much water from the dehumidifier as to when its a sunny day outside.
the other 2 pics are of the bubble gums that were in the small cupboard. they have been transplanted into the slab system and have been in flower room around a week now. Looks like i have 2 males from 10 plants. happy with that!

Yeah i did consider that but 2 things, 1st the weed isn't the best filth in the room, i only grew it cause i had nothing else at the time, ts good just not the chronic dank shit i like. 2nd the Pepp seemed to throw males flowers a bit throughout the grow, i picked them when i saw them but one must of got away on me. if i had forced the male flowers to appear then i'd prob keep them (seeds) but the males flowers were just happening on there own naturally. no light stress, no colloidal silver. i hate explaining what i mean i'm really shit at it. hope u understand. the seeds may do the same thing be maffy buggers and i'm not risking it. I like everything to be controlled when i'm pollinating not to just happen naturally. anyway thats mate hope u like the journal!

il save them and throw them outdoors this coming season, if they turn out real good ill take a cutting off them. thanks slabhead.

not wrong its about ready to pick i think, it smells good. my favourite would be the STD it has a sweet like bubble gum smell. bubble gum has always been my number 1 perference.

Hey thanks for checking out my setup, and for the encouragement, and for the advice. Very much appreciated :hug:. One question though.

Bi carb soda? Is that short for something? I can get it at the grocery store? Cuz I don't like the way I'm doing it right now. Sorta messy. What kinda hose did you use? I'm worried if I accidently get one that has PYC or something it will put off toxic fumes with the CO2.

I've talked with a lot of people who swear that 85 degrees Farenheight (or even higher) is the optimal temp for plants to take up the CO2. What do you think? Ima start putting a space heater in there shen I do the CO2 cuz my room stays pretty cool even with the door shut.

hey thanks for the reply, bi carb of soda is at the grocery store (we have it hear in Aus) think its sodium bicarbonate. NaNo2 i think, but im no sciencest. Should be located with flour sugar or cooking stuff.
ill draw a pic of how i used to do it. (i may be going back to it as i dropped my computer hand controller in water and now its FUCT!!!) cant dispense gas or control my fans , dam i'm pissed about it.
Anyway like i said ill get a pic for u, i used black poly pipe 4mm like whats used for drip water systems. i never had any problems doing it! it worked VERY VERY well!

to be honest i never ever measure it, wish i did but. I fully noticed the difference after a week it was massive. honestly i never seen nothing like it as it was the 1st time i had ever up'd the co2 level in my Grow closet i was amazed like i said all my mates were doing it after that! (i only had a closet 1.2 m long x half a meter wide. thats like near 4 ft x 1.5 foot roughly, was 6 foot high.) i used to do 2 or 3 times once a day min ONLY when lights are ON.

oh yeah i found another male bubble gum, well maff has pistils on the top 2 nones and has gone sick with male flowers, gonna chuck it as i dont want my future seeds doing that shit! so down to 7 gums so now my room is looking real empty, thinking i might put back to veg try get more of a canopy. I've also put netting up to support branches for BIG HEAVY buds. and so i can train it to make a full canopy. SCRog methodi guess, i normally try to do SOG so this will be a new thing for me. I also normally have 18 plants not 7 so prob gonna have to veg for longer to get yield. ill post pics shortly.

It kinda works only the humidity sensor is stuffed and tells me its 29% when its 50% just bloody great.
If any one has one of these they wanna sell or know where i can get another please let me know my local hydro shop wont get them anymore.

HELLO ALL

Does any one know how long it take for my male flowers to form enough to open up and drop pollen ?? any one with experience know the best way to get it to happen ? i was gonna put them in a spare cupboard (well away from flower room) with a flourescent light on 12/12 will that be enough or will i need warmth aswell , i could add a heat pad. what should i do, ????? i've never grown a male for pollen before.

Thanks mate, so looking Aat mine i should only need to keep them for about a week? will having them under a single flouro be enough ? its too cold for outside they will die !! i dont have any spare HID lights, will the flouro be enough ? did u cut all the side branches ? they all look 1 stemmed ? mine look like christmas tree shape. why s that ?
