24x24 uninsulated Garage in New England build out?

I shut down jun-sept, benies of sealed room co2, I run sealed dec thur feb vent all other times no ac for me. op should be moving out in gh summer I would think
ah yes,c02.yeah,i wouldnt think a sealed room in maine would be very cost effective in summer.i can see why you would want plastic in a sealed room now.who was the asshole against it:bigjoint:
South texas. Nope I've never been in snow lol

I've got one of these grills I'm bringing up from houston.

It's cheating I know but after years of tending the fire all fucking night I give it up in a heartbeat for a smoker that's as simple as a crock pot hahaha
Yup cheating lol. I actually buy the 40lb bags of pellets to use in my smoker tray on BBQ and manual add every .5 hr and yup a pain in the ass. I heat my house with pellets ;).

Got some seeds on the way. Since I'm new up here in Maine I don't know any body up here to get clean cuts from. So I'll be starting from seed.

Well Im rethinking running the mini splits for now. I think in the beginning I will run my 12x48 scrubber and 12" 1700cfm fan with and a pair of HVAC dampers. when thermostat kicks on the dampers will go from circulation in the room to exhaust outside. In combination with running my Deva lights which auto-dim to maintain temps i think I should have enough capacity to cool the room. its starting to be in the low 50-60's now at night in S. Maine. I will no longer be running a sealed room right now, I will be running vented until I design a proper efficient cooling system. I want to play around with a DIY geothermal exchanger method in the near future. maybe running a horizontal slinky 5-6 feet down on the side lot. use a few radiators/fans inside the grow room with antifreeze pumping through the slinky loops and to exchange the heat. Id like to come up with something because I dont think I will be able to run CO2 in the vent/cooled room.

You're not going to accomplish much by using buried coils to produce heat, but you could buy a geo heatpump and do that your self with loops or well water. I use buried glycol loops to cool my res's and yes if all your doing is cooling it may work but so does just exchanging air. I design and service geo systems so PM me if you need any advice, glad to help if I can.

The room is roughly 22x12x11

Outside temps now at night are 50s-60s

Soon it will be much colder so I imagine the vent will be running much less.

I have a few sensorpush temp/rh sensor's coming soon so I can measure the garage and outside the garage to see what I'm working with.

My ventilation is temp controlled and switches to heat with a 7c delta. I built a chiller and may use it for cooling with fan coils but I typically head outside when it gets higher than 60f here.
