well that seems like a rip off to me. im on the west coast (cali) so maybe its just my area but generally we can get $15 a gram...or 1.5 grams for $20 is more the going rate....and yes of purple kush.

I smoked purple kush before but i dont see its popularity...it made its name in a few songs and now its just the thing to have i guess...i think its more kids being pleased with the bag appeal (especially if its dark purple instead of green).

Dont get me wrong its great weed but now its probably one of the most common strains in cali.

id say you got ripped off as that bag doesnt even look like you got a full gram.


be weary of who you get it from. its a good idea to invest some $$$ in a scale...if you dont wanna seem picky at the time of the deal by throwing it on the scale then at the very least you can keep it at home and measure it to see if you got a fair deal.

if dealers start shorting you i'd say drop em and go to new ones. thats how i do it...i dont complain about the odd skimp bag here and there but if its routine then its not worth it.

Word man. I got another guy lined up he dont mess with small change is what he said lol have to get 50$ min to buy any from him but he sounds promissing so i'll hit him up as soon as I get the dough. Much apreciation about all the help everyone.

heres what ya need to do. get a scale and weigh it up before you pay for it to make sure your getting what you pay for. then make sure you never pay a dollar over 25 cause thats what it usually runs for around here.( I dont buy though) and also be able to turn your drug dealer down cause your supplying him and he is supplying you its mutual so if its not what your wanting then say NO!

Ok maybe where your from that would work man. But if you pull out a scale and weigh it up at the guys house(its where he is when I buy from him) and be like you are gunna rip me off im not buyin from you! Thats a good way to get your head kicked in where im from bro. I may sound retarded cuz its Iowa but 4 real people round here dont fuck around. But thanks for the advice all the same bro good ideas for people in small towns and shit

Bad idea! Instead u weigh it as u get home and if there isn't what he said to be, buy from some1 else. Not worth the risk dealing w retards selling cannabis for 25$/gram, they only wan't money, they give a fk if u stop buying a gram here and there?!...sadly they don't ;)

New to growing but not to smoking. $20 a gram for 'name brand' hydroponics is the going rate around here.

Why are you worried? You said yourself it's pretty damn good so be satisfied.

Not sure if that is a gram or not but go buy a little finger pocket scale and just check it when you buy it. That's what I've always done for anything. Takes 5 seconds.

I would not pay more than 15 dollars for a gram of any bud. And for some bud labeled as chronic i wouldn't even pay 15 per g. Normally i ask the guy how much he would do for the amount i have using 15$= 1 g 20$=1-1.5 and 40-45 per 3.7. 50 per 3.7 is also kinda in pricey range with 20 for 1g. If a seller tells me i got some diggity danky for 20g i merely don't accept such a lame excuse for some one to charge so damn much, even worst once the people know they can over charge you they will continue too. Also i notice dealers will hook it up at the start, but will eventually start to give you less some times even short you. so its good unless you know the person to stay with at lest 2 dealers. Dont be afraid to make them weigh/eye it out in front of you either.

I mean im never rude dont get me wrong, im going to weigh it out in front of you on my own scale if its .1 off i might not say any thing just because it could be error. Dont ask if i can wight it out here, ask him to show you it on the scale or just start to weigh it out. Are people gonna fight you for weighing out the sack you just bought.

I would say you didn't get ripped off because $25 for a gram is usually how it goes around here. Well for chronic(our generic word for good bud,lol), yea it goes around 20-25. I usually just buy a quarter of shwag with 25 though because even a little bit a good bud goes faster for me than a lot of shwag. That's why I'm learning to grow though so I don't have to pay for it at all anymore, lol

I actually have some purple kush right now..... dont see what the big hoopla is all about with it though... its smooth and tastes pretty good, kinda like a light lavender, but it seems to lack the kick I look for.... out of two ounces, i only had about 12grams that were purple (almost black looking), the rest was a nice green.

as far as being ripped off, I'm gonna assume that's a tight lil nug that weighs about/right under a gram.... depending on where you are, 20-25 a g is sadly an acceptable price. :(

man fools yall are lucky. if i want top shelf, and that if i can get it. and when i do most of the time its a little airy, but none the less. i pay 30-35 a g for top shelf and 20-25 for mid to high a g. it sucks. which is why im growing now. cat afford my meds anymore. and i live where itll be one of the last to legalize medical cannabis. i have bad depression and ADD. Marijuana is the only thing that heps my depression without having to take synthetic antipsychotic drugs that alter your brain chemistry and personality. but if it was the best smoke you have id say it was worth it. and about weighing. i guarentee you that dealer weighs his when he buys. if you want to weigh it out then do it. if he throws a fit then he knows he is shorting you and dont deal with him. a bought a 1/4 once and it was 2 g's shy. so i payed him what a 1/4 costs minus the 2 g's.

it depends where ur from and who u know bru..id never pay 25 for a dub unless it was a 1.4-1.7 and i couldnt find another hookup and had to get it from some random dude..where i live u get 1.6-2.0 grams for 25 of some good cali grown purple kush..i pay like 8 bucks per gram but i buy like 300 of em at a time and i know people that know people that know people, ya know.

Yo it Aint crack man, and if thats you in your pic you shouldnt be talking. He means just tell the dealer that you will buy from someone else if its not the proper weight and quality. Whats he gunna do pull his 9 and be like no you buy from me ! I dont think so... lol. Plus weed dealers dont come straped up with 9mm maybe a blunt to blaze, but no 9mm you got a weed dealer confused with a crack dealer.
