the lighting you are using is it tru watts or eq

ermm....i don't know! They are CFL's for growing plants. So i guess they are real watts? Although CFL's have a reputation for being lower intensity than HPS or MH, which i would have to agree on. I only got these bulbs because of heat issues (but they are still frikin hot, my room cant handle both on in summer, it even struggles to stay below 32oC with just one 250w cfl). When I move out, I will be getting an air cooled hps 600w (if my girlfriend lets me!) in a grow tent, and air intake straight from outdoors. I can't really explain too much on here, but basically, my circumstances had me tied down. I would not recommend gettin these bulbs to anyone except for supplemental lighting. My dream though, is just growing under the sun!

Gonna be choppin that ak48 soon. I'll be really happy with an Oz from her. I'd like to try on 12/12 again more than any other strain I am doing at the mo. Next time I would have a 600w dimmable hps, grow some ak48 out and select one clone, then do a 12/12 grow with LST. I think that would work really well. Heres some pics with the flash on... 
My thoughts so far......well for next grow, im gonna make sure i give LST a try instead of putting it off incase it went bad, because multiple tops are the way forward with my particular growroom. Need a canopy of even buds for these cfl's.

AK48 harvest
Will do a smoke report after it is dry and another when it has cured for at least a week. I had a small bong of some one day old popcorn nugget, and it really blew my mind how strong that was, kept me high for ages. Then topped up with some of my ultra lemon haze and my mind has been in another place most the day. Just been listenin to music for hours. Can't wait to sample more of the 48 though. Smell is very strong and pungeant. Almost too intense, like some regurgitated mango in the back of yer mouth lol half fruit n half vomit. But as long as ur face aint within 1ft of it, the smell is realy good, really Jackherer (one of her parents). Also, the high was very sativa, regardless of the short flowering period. The main bud swelled up so fat, I would love to grow this strain again and do the full 12/12 from seed, either with less plants in the growroom and an LST, or with an HPS lamp, and LST as well. Was a treat to grow, but she had a massive N uptake in around the 3rd week into flower which meant she was bright yellow for about 5 days. So watch out for N def during early flower.
I also chopped down the LA confidential and Rocklock yesterday. I could have kept them both going another 4 days or so but I can't be arsed, they had enough cloudy trichs for me to be happy. Will take some pics of those once dry. Buds are drying in brown paper bags inside my growroom, but its good coz the light don't penetrate thru that much, so save alot of space u can just dangle the bags off clothes hangers

This grow was REALLY good for cfls ..I've seen 250 watts hps that don't even come close ..u should be proud congrats

i'll do a dry weight count for shits n giggles, but it aint like im entering her into a festival competition or nothin. Not a great representation of the true potential of that strain, but it at least shows the thc coverage, and u get a glimpse of how fat the buds can grow to if it were to have an extended veg period and more light intensity....i think this plant is a lil beastlooks great when it drys give us a dry weight count
great smoke too. Popcorn nugs are already dry! bonzaiiiiiiiiiii

thanks Dameon. I haven't got round to doing a smoke report yet, but i will do one tomorrow. The LA confidential yeilded VERY low 12/12 from seed and I did not flush her because she started to get bud rot coz the buds are very dense. First bud rot i have had in my grow room, and it may been the cause of the spread to the white rhino, which i chopped yesterday, about 2 weeks early, as it was beginning to literally rot away by the day. BUT after a lil cure, the LA con is very nice, i enjoy it alot, its not rushy because its indica, and it seems to not give me red eyes, which is great. Tastes hashy, annd kinda harsh, maybe because i did not flush. But I enjoy it alot now, and great smell. Ak48 is still the best so far, so strong and packed with resin, kinda too strong sometimes. The rocklock is nice smoke, nice mellow stonedness bit with a lil bit of head high there too, nice all round day smoke. THe sour kush is stil growing but loksn like it will be strong. The white rhino i chopped yesterday with budrot has been a masive dissapointment, hardly any THC coverage, and the smell is like broccoli now. So yeah, nirvana have some gems and some real shitty strains too. gotta go, your grow is lokin great dameon, what are u growing??
Sorry I missed this grow but looks very impressive and will def. sub. to the next thread! Two questions, 1st: The brown paper bag method work well, ever any issues? 2nd: What was the approx height of tallest plant? Thanks Low, seems like you know your shit to be growing such lovely ladies in basically a problem free grow (a little yellowing, but seems okay obviously). Thanks for taking time and sharing.

Belated smoke report
Im not gonna add final weights because I don't wanna give false impressions of what these strains can do (they got slightly different light exposure, nutrient problems, a tiny case of budrot, etc.). Instead im just gonna rate the smoke.
- AK48. absolutely delicious and gets me wrecked. It could be just luck, but this wins this time round. Smell is kinda artificial fruit. The smell during curing is like a sickly fruit drink.
LA CONFIDENTIAL - got bud rot so i had to pick every bit of bud apart. I cut her just in time. The bits that had started to yellow slightly, I have been using in cooking because i KNow its bad to smoke anythin with fungus in (I think budrot is by a fungus). The nice bits I managed to salvage smell fantastic and are rock hard. Smell is like hashish and very deep and complex. The high is very couchlock but still has a nice buzz too. I like the high alot. I can understand why people like this, but I don't think I will grow again due to iussues with budrot and the need to veg her first.
ROCKLOCK - smells like some kind of candyfloss - it just smells like sugar, with a hint of herb. Tastes sweet and hashy. The high is a nice balance of head and body high and I like it alot.
SOUR KUSH - I think I got a weird pheno because I had two free seeds, my friend grew one last summer and the buds were normal looking, whereas this plant has looked strange from the beginning of flowering, you might recall me saying it looked like a plastic toy lol well it never improved. The buds grew really light and airy, kinda like a dying conifer tree. But the strength is nice though, and its quite powerful and trippy. The smell is kinda like plain sour cream. The taste is kinda hashy.
WHITE RHINO - the THC never really covered the plant much, then she got budrot towards the end at the very top of the plant (may have been due to me being late wartering once, so some leaves died back and started decomposing in the buds, or the budrot could have come from the LA confidential. Either way I had to chop the very top parts of the uppermost two buds. Kinda disheartening. The smell is very light floral/fruity smell, bag appeal wise its like 1/10, the smell really is that plain. The high is kinda surpisingly nice though; I had my first bong and I immediately had an urge to curl up in bed in the middle of the day for an hour and sleep. I never do that. Yet this inferior looking and smelling weed plant did it to me. THe high is not very strong and is easy to deal with, and it feels very indica, even though the plant grew like a sativa and took forever to finish alongside the sour kush.
Well thats that for this grow sorry I took so long to finish the thread. Learnt alot yet again, and Im just so glad I finished up with some decent smoke
I've started a new grow, I got 3 fem photo sensitive plants on 12/12 FROM SEED and I also have an autoextreme, a pakistan ryder and a supersonic crystal storm (all autos) in there too on 12/12 and Im seed harvesting, using the autoxtreme to make female pollen (colloidal silver technique) Ill post a link when the page is up and running

AK48 - the flavour is alot more wholesome now, less sickly. Its like fruity whiskey
Rocklock - Sugary Hash with a tiniest hint of something else like cocoa
LA con - Really rich, sour and tangy (not sure if thats traces of fungus coming thru or not lol)
Sour kush - Eearthy and sour. very mildly skunky
White rhino - Floral and light, kinda sweet, different
