Serious question. so what did u prefer?? Im in the same boat. Got 6 23watt cfls for about140 true watts. Just got a viparspectra 600watt dimmable but its 265 from wall. So its around 100 watt difference. cfls were 20 bux. Led was 150. So does it make that much of a difference 100 watts for 120 bux. Just askin cause uve been threw it and wanted to know ur finall thoughts. Ps fuck everybody bro do u. Learn all u can. All these ppl that wanna b mean n talk shit they were in ur shoes at one point. Hey man people are saying “it’s not true 450w” they are true and not lying. I’m not here to tell you to buy a different fixture. Neither would have been my first choice.

I had a journeyman tell me one day “you can only fuck with the cock you got” and if I had the choice between those two fixtures I’ll take the LED. Sure there are much better ones but if it’s light A or B because that’s what you have. Give me the LED and use the CFL for clones or seedlings or even your wife herbs or whatever
