i wouldnt say that necessarily. why dont you try it? you'll know in 4 weeks exactly what it looks like

IF you want to add pure blue, you want less than 100W, not 300W

your 2700k already has some blue. over 25% blue inhibits growth so it needs to be used sparingly

again $30 spent on (6) 15W 5000k bulbs from home depot would be more than enough blue for veg.

You need only 10-12w of pure blue per squaremeter to keep your plants short and compact. So if 2700k spectrum is ~10% blue and the rest are other colours than I would recommend at least 100-120w/m² or vegging to get the blue you really need. That's it, no supplemental lightning!
Maybe you'll see 5-10% stretch over higher kelvin temps, not more!

On 90 Cri: worth noting that according to @Rahz the 90 cri light stretch a bit more in vegg but less in preflower stretch as they seem to kick into flower faster. Rahz cri shoot-out thread is a great source for info

I'm gonna buy another 320w xl kit in 4000k

I will put both my 4K and 27k lights in my tent to veg and flower with. That will be a total of 620watts in my 4x4.

I think I should be good with that.

Nope! If you go to close you only risk to get bleaching or heat issues. 16-24" is recommend with COB at 50w! I don't think you need to go closer unless you dimm the lights down.
But strains are different so you need to look at the plants carefully to find the sweet spot for each strain.
Praying but without getting yellow tips or clouds on the leaves within a week, if you see yellow tips rise the light up a few inches and have a look on the new leaves. 16-24" is very good in tents to achieve also a homogenous illumination into the corners.
