Zootime, Im 5 weeks into flowering with the Road Runner...

So all is well pretty much. Only one of the Sour D is looking stressed out but I think she will be ok. Road Runner looks great and smells fantastic. Wonder woman is starting to show her sativa side and is stretching and budding all over the place, its wonderful. A bunch of pics tonight so sit back and enjoy. I appologize for the blurry pics, I just rolled a big blunt of some stinky Purple Mr Nice Guy I picked up, theres a pic of that right....

Wow my roadrunner buds look different to yours, did i do something wrong? My buds are like browny/green and your's are like straight green?? your main cola also owns mine.

Wow you are right man, our plants are looking way different. What kind of soil are you using and how many watts of cfls? Also what are the temps like and are you using nutes of any kind? Im going extremely easy on nutes with all my plants, especially RR, Im keeping her organic
Keep me up to date on your RR, Im interested in it because Ive never seen a real RR bud up like that, usually only like mine.

Yea its weird that they turned out like that, but im happy because this is my first successful grow. It was a dinafem freebie i got from attitude, funnily enough i grew a dinafem haze and it turned out the same but smaller.

Anyway im using Biobizz allmix soil. A 125wat envirolight red CFL a 250wat envirolight red CFL + 250wat envolight blue CFL. Temps are normal, nutes biobizz grow/bloom/fishmix/molasses.

Do you think i should cut now?

Mine was also the dinafem freebie haha. Your soil sounds fine, how big of a container is the RR in? Mine is in a 3 gal container with 2" of hydroton rocks at the bottom for drainage.
Im not familiar with the nutes you are using but just make sure you are going easy on them, your plant does seem stunted but I cant tell why.
But like I said, I wouldnt go by the orange hairs, I would go by the trich color, mine, at the amt of time they are at, are about half cloudy and half clear still, Im waiting for alot of amber.

Oh, but to let everyone know, I took a clip off the RR and its drying quickly now, Ill let u all know later how it is.

Maybe i could of done with some hydroton rocks, but i have 60% perlight to 40% soil so i cant think drainage would be the problem? Temps stay at about %80. Maybe its because i don't have an air intake? I open the tent atleast 2x a day so i would think they are getting enough oxygen? I think im gonna switch to a cool tubed HPS system for my next grow as im not getting satisfying results with CFL's unfortunately based on these yeilds.

I think ill give these plants another week to see if they grow anymore, as that will give time for 3 days drying and 2 weeks curing ready for Christmas day.

Oh ok, thats a lot of perlite but I dont think there is a "too much" when mixing it in with soil, I also have a 30% perlite mix in my soil. Im with you on getting an hps setup next go around at this, Ive already got the box planned out to use a cool tube, remote ballast HID.

Yea i think im gonna go with a 600wat hps/cooltube setup and try the sea of green method, 9 plants and probably not auto's this time although i haven't decided which strain yet... CFL's are have there place i suppose but not if you want Maximum yield, i plan on geting 18 ounces minimum for next grow which ill be starting in the new year for 2nd grow. Atleast ill have some smoke for xmas though.

EY YO, how do u manage to see the trich color w/o a microscope?
just by the naked eye?
damn i need glasses ha

Such is my issue with the autoflower period. Your RR looks very nice very lush reminds me of Concord Dawn's RR but as far as RR's looking totally different is because MOST autoflowers or ruderalis species are incredibly geneticly unstable. I could have 10 autoflower seeds and then from those seeds end up with probably a few plants that fit the breeders description perfectly and the others... well do strange things. Supposedly the most stable strain of autoflower is lowryder.

I actually have a scope... and Id like everyone to know the little $5 scopes at radioshack are the exact same as the 420 scope minus the led light... the led is a nice lighting to see trichs but I have a nice led flashlight so I use that with the scope

Wow man.. I cut a few tiny buds off the haze that were growing and taking up the main buds energy and dried them over night, that smells abit like fresh grass this morning but man, i just grinded this shit up and it smells fruity and 1 joint has got me high already... This is the best feeling ever just thinking i grew it haha xD Its gonna be dank as fuck when i harvest and cure for 2 weeks...

Yea man... this bud i only dried for a night with no cure and its got me high, could be smoother but its nothing i haven't tasted off the streets

Here's to not having to buy any weed from dealers anymore woooot.

Well I dont know about anyone else but Im excited for you. I hope the best for you and your own green
I did have that taste of my Road Runner, not a great taste due to the quick dry time and no curing but damn what a heavy stone that has. Ive been smokin on the quop of purp mr nice guy for a while so the change with rr was nice and welcomed.

Update - Flower day 36 - Total Time 61 days.

Ok so, theres been some nute burn/deficiencies going on in a few of the plants... Cant put my finger on it but Im workin on it. All of them are looking good otherwise.
I just ordered 2 120mm fans that push 88cfm, perfect for my conditions. Very cheap fans too, 3.99 each.
My hands are frozen so Im keeping the typing to a minumum so here are the pics. Let me know whatcha guys think

Im letting Road Runner go longer to fatten up and get more amber in the trichs. The harvest on her will be wed this week
As for wonder woman, shes looking great and smells very very much like grapefruit, VERY pleasant. The bagseed, Ive lost all hope for so if they keep on the way they are goin, Im choppin them early. But Im about to start my next auto seed, fast bud This time, doing better nutes, ph'd water, and will be using an hps by jan 1st
