2nd ever grow , advice and feedback wanted 4weeks 2days into veg

Hi all, looking for some advice, feedback ect on my babys. I'll give you some info on what I have
- Growing 10 frosty gelato (FEM), I'm currently at 4 weeks 3 days in veg, in a 8x4 grow tent under 600w mh then will spread them out and flower under 2 x 600w hps, I'm in soil in 11L pots (final pot size) feeding ionic green fuse root stimulant alongside ionics grow, just made the first bend on them yesterday and tied them to the top of the pots to let the side branches grow up and become tops.... I plan to veg another 2-3 weeks then flip to flower, continuing to Bend and tie down annd place them were I want them until maybe week 1 or week 2 of flower during the stretch, do you guys think that another 2-3 weeks in veg will be enough for me to fill my 8x4 space and get a good canopy going? And maybe get me 2oz per plant? Thanks

If you veg for 6-7 weeks and only get 2 ounces a plant you did something wrong. Especially with all that space.

You have lots and lots of room.

Impossible to say how long to veg...just let them grow and let the plants tell you when to flip. They will x2 or up to x4 in size after the flip so you have to look at it and think...if they x3 in size will that fill my space? But generally if you are about 75% filled you flip.

Cheers for the reply mate, do you think they look OK up till now 4 weeks 3 days ? And yeah 7 weeks is abit longer than I wanted to go really but didn't start lst until now so need to go a cuple extra weeks to let the side shoots establish them self as tops, hopefully the 10 will fill my space and give me what I'm looking for as it's cost me a fortune to buy haha

Yeah they look good. Color looks good. This is mine at about 4 weeks.

Mine x3 in size and I had to buy a taller tent. But you will not have this issue.

If you look you can see the blue ring...and that gives a lil perspective on how much they stretched.

Fail... we should talk. Beautiful training into that Scroggins.

Only thing I'd add for op is to increase the container size if at all possible. Vegging until rootbound. Then transplanting to 2x the size it was. Should be a little cushion room. So the roots do not get stressed. Cheers

Yeah man they look good and healthy

I went to check on my girls today and they have already grew from last nite, they look like there just back to normal will have to get back in ther tomorrow and do some more bending and tying, side shoots seem to be growing nicely also

Hi thanks for the reply, do you think 11L pots are to small for 10 plants in a 8x4 space under 2 x 600w hps lights? As these are what I was planning to use as there final pot size.

Been back to check my girls today and to re tie tops, ended up breaking one of the tops so taped her up and hopefully she recovers, the top part of the plant has gone all limp so fingers crossed she recovers..... If not suppose I will have only topped her so not the end of the world.

New pics.... 5 weeks 3 days veg, if anyone is interested
