i just flushed her, and is now back in the growroom. i realy do hope this fixes the problem...

also here is are my melons incase anyone is interested but didnt know i had a thread in gardening :) enjoy

DAY 37

so i get back to my girls tonight after 2 days to find this mess...
had a cooling system error, temps wer above 90 for a a good portion of the day im shur... so the heat issue dried them out faster for strike two

Here they are 1hr. after water, and a temp drop of 13 dgrees.

looking good i just put all 8 of my plants in to flowering its only been 2 days shond take a week or two or three to find out the sex right?

def wont take 3...probably in the first week but if not the second for sure. at first the pistils/sacs will be subtly placed at the base of the branches where branch meets stem/stalk :) thats where to look when sexing early

yea k good thx how long can i leave my male in there i want them to grow a bit before there pollin sack come up so i can cut them and make weed old after with all of the leaves and what not and does it depend on the size of the plant because i got some from seed some that have a month of veg and some that have 2 weeks veg and they are under 8 cfl 23w 2700k k thx

i wouldnt leave a male in flowering with females longer then a week to a week and a half. unlike female flowers, male flowers develop quickly and dispense the pollen 2-3 weeks into flowering.

males arent really worth your time unless you plan on collecting pollen to use on females later. some say you can make hash with them but the pollen would be all mixed in with it as well as you having to let the male flower fully to get the most trichome on the plant for the hash.

just my opinion but id axe the males once they are confirmed and give your girls the extra light an space :)
