there just coming up to 3 weeks old dude... the healthy one has just started showing her sex and is now 4 inches smaller than the 2 oldest ones cos she had a growth spurt today and the sick one is still small reall small.......

the nirvana autos and the short stuff BHD are coming up to 2 weeks old now im expecting them to show there sex by monday......5 weeks left on the 2 oldest AKs might even give them 6

GUYS ive just come back from holiday and have noticed while i was away my account was hi jacked i havent shut the journal down!!!!!!!! so an update is in order i hope i havent lost all my subscribers.....quick update and i will do an in depth one tonight.....ok so ive got 1 AK that has finished 2 weeks early and is ready for the chop the other ak that i planted at the same time will be ready i think in the next 2 to 3 weeks....the next ak which is 2 weeks younger has gone crazy its the tallest ak so far and she has been flowering for just over a week now,,,the yeild on that one is gonna be sick her height is atleast 3ft and probaby 2ft wide,.... the bhd is slighty bigger than that still and she has been flowering for a week i cant wait for her to finish :-D the AK that had the root snapped and had to regrow is doing good she is a dwarf and is only about 6 inches high but she has started flowering so even if she gives an 8th its better that if she had died and i have named her LOWLA.....now the thorn in my side the nirvana autos....there doing really well, really healthy leaves and loads of them and getting nice and dense but there NOT true autos cos there still not flowering or showing sex!!! arrgh im just gonna keep my fingers crossed if they dont do anything in the next week i will keep them in veg cos im doing barneys lsd and sweet seeds sweet afghani delicious (black domina) next grow which i will germ next week and will be vegging them in 1 litre pots till this lot of autos are finished which will be in about 5 weeks time. i think 5 weeks veg will be plenty of time? it will be my first photoperiod grow and im still abit unsure how long you have to veg them for....any help would be good guys? peace out for now

You can veg em for as long as you like.. I'd do nothing less than 3 or 4 weeks minimum.

glad your still here dude, so where do i begin i harvested the AKs and the BHD poor weight ratio for their height ....now the nirvana autos both NL and bubblelicious werent autos i had them fuckers growing for nearly 3 months on a 20/4 and nothing happened so i germed my 2 barneys fem LSD 3 sweet seeds fem S.A.D (black domina) and a freebee fem dna rocklock from the 'tude and chucked them in with the nirvanas...vegged the lot for 3 weeks on a 20/4 so thats almost 15 weeks veg for the nirvanas then switched them all over to 12/12..after 2 days i noticed really bad leaf damage i had been having trouble with moths getting in my tent at night, which caused a very BIG problem you see the moths had laid there eggs on one of the S.A.Ds which happened to be a small runty thing this is where the problems started because now not only did i have baby catterpillars munching on my plants i had one that had eaten through the top cola of the NL over night and it had devoured it ...not only that but then i also found a thrip infestation had moved in and had started on what the catterpillers had left so i got some neem oil which didnt do a thing...so after a week of 12/12 the nirvanas are in full flower loads of bud sites and 110cm tall (pictures to follow) and horror of horrors the dna rocklock is a male so i cut his balls off and hacked him to pieces...aaarrgh i was on the verge of giving up on photo plants and just going back to the autos...and for the last week and a half, everyday i go to check on the girls i find more leaf damage and more catterpillers 12 in total so far!!!! tonight i got some pest off its an organic and 100% natural insectide which is ideal for thrip went to start spraying and found 2 huge catterpillers and 2 babys on the tallest LSD (100cm but are supposed to be 65cm max..wtf) well they were quite happily destroying her sun leaves.....but not before they had laid about 30 eggs luckily i knocked them all off and squashed them all... the catterpillers that i caught i sprayed with the pest off and within minutes they were dead :-) so fingers crossed this will kill them all....now i just need to hope and prey that the girls pull through i will stick some photos up later they are asleep at the moment......hope this ok till then

Any chance of some AK harvest pics? I've got some going at the moment, only 2 weeks in.

sorry mate i didnt take any pics of the AKs after i harvested them as i wasnt impressed with the yield....but ive made a note to myself to start taking pics of the finished product...sorry once again and glad your on board

hi guys good news the pest infestation has been eradicated i found one catterpiller last night on the floor of the tent which was well and truly dead that pest off is the mutts nutts i only had to use it once....the girls are starting to pick up im hoping once the superthrive arrives it will give them a much needed boost i have got some pictures i need to put up i will do that once i find the transfer cable......after looking at the nirvanas last night im guessing there gonna be ready in the next 2-3 weeks only problem with that is that there gonna yeild popcorn buds but anything is better than nothing
