I just use my house AC for now. This is an empty room so I thought why not just run vent it through my tent while cooling the rest of the house.Theres a pic on the first page of this thread.
This wont work for winter obviously as I will need to heat the house.I borrowed a 9000 portable A/C from work last week to test it out and it blew my circuits......lolz.That thing sucks the juice. It also puts off some heat but can be ported out a vent in the tent.I will just have to run it solo on its own circuit or find a lower end unit.
I only run a 285 active air blower pushing/pulling air through my light and out and was thinking if I got a bigger one it may keep temps down without an AC.During the hottest part of the day with the light on and AC off it doesnt seem to get over 95f but thats why I run my AC through it,keeps it nice and chilled.
I could never cool my attic, way to big of space.I have tried whole rooms, still to much space.I also have high humidity problems so tat is why I went with a tent.Easier to controll the enviroment.Im looking for quality and not so much quantity.Mad luck with yer grow bro!
