2nd grow problems

have no idea, what could be causin this. no nutes have been used. it's in happy frog. 2 weeks old, ph, temps, etc. are all within ideal range. new growth continues but the older ones start to brown and wither up. can anyone help get these guys back on track? thanks

Is it new soil or re-used?

Have you checked the nitrogen? May need some nutes.

new soil, just transplanted cuz i thought it might help. roots looked fine. i'll try nutes in a few days, they are only 2 weeks old.
