thank you so much for the information =) it really helped a lot... so what you're saying is that a bigger reservoir would have been better? can i ask why..? i could not understand the part where you said "The only problem is that my plant goes threw about half gallon or mare a day." i'm a newbie and really exited to get my thing going too... hehe~ hope your babies are thriving =)

Yeah my plant drinks about a half gallon or more a day. Its a good system if you dont mind adding water everyday, and ajusting the ph along with ppm

wow~~! it's only been a week right??? that thing is beautiful to my eyes.. (+_+)d.. are you giving nutes? or still just plain water? and i'm guessing that she's drinking more water now huh? how often do you fill the reservoir? keep it up keep it up~~ =)

Glad to see the PPM reduction worked out bro see when you give them just enough of what they need they just start to explode! They already look MUCH healthier too! So now you just watch the growth the trick is to maintain this rate of growth and very slowly up the PPM. You should be ready to flower pretty soon though!

wow this is crazy I checked the ppm last night it was around 735. Im gonna change the res today so whats the best way to get it back around there. Its a two gallon res

Is the PPM dropping or staying the same with the water level drop? If this is true you can up the PPM a little bit depending on the rate of drop. Is the PPM going up with the water level drop? If this is true then lower your PPM a bit because the plants are not utilizing the extra nutes. :peace:

When you change you res you should be measuring your nutes out in small doses and checking the PPM. I start with half the recommended dose then take a PPM reading. Also don't forget to subtract the current PPM of your tap water. Once you get a feel for it you will know how much nutes equals your aprox desired PPM reading. A two gallon res should not require much :peace:

wow this is very helpful i was searching day and night for help growing bud on a waterfarm cause i just bought one and i thought i should read up on some info about it first before going into new territory and im so happy i stumbled across this forum and thread thanks man this is a very helpful thread for me. I will post up some pics from my grow too ^-^
