Occasionally, I've seen seeds where seeds shouldn't be and typically it was due to a stress factor such as heat...Never had any issue after adding ac to my tent.
Ain't gonna be easy to get rid of any pollen...even though a spray of water kills pollen, you can't spray your lights...
Seldom try to germ any seeds from a herm (due to any reason)...usually ain't worth the soil waste.

not bashing at all they had a couple a good strains, definitely would order again

Sounds unlikely, you would have noticed the male bits (unless you're completely stupid).
Almost certainly somebody growing outside near you.

Lots of BS posted on this forum, I've never had any seeds in my harvest, and I ain't careful with the odd light at night in my grow room.

it definitely didn't have any tells even going into flower i saw all pistols no balls. then few weeks back noticed the pockets ooened qnd it was infact a seed just didnt realizeit was that much, bud is still good im curing it now

my friend suggested the site i had decent luck with some other strain from that site. got some from growers choice in cali for 3rd round this timeand they are looking very nice. so trying to avoid same situation and get a good yield

That small amount of time won’t do anything. You need a significant amount of time to cause a plant to hermie like that. More than likely weak genetics, or something done during the grow. I wouldn’t use the seeds. Likelihood of having another hermie isn’t worth the risk of wasting time just to find out you have another hermie.

Another question, did you cut you're plants in time? Let it go long enough and you'll get pollen and seeds
