Post summaries then vote. But someone already sent me their votes so feel free to whenever. Once I get all the votes I'll post them for the participants to see. Congratulations guys, we're all winners for this.

Judge on the following out on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best

Health (overall health/appearance and vigor of plant from veg to harvest)
Weight (dry)
Bud Beauty (how pretty the buds looked; frost, color, etc)
Smoke Report (how good was the report, not necessarily how good was the smoke, but how well was the report done)

My smoke report consisted of this

i will settle for a final entry weight of 5 grams without the stems but im sure its probably a bit more, obviously not a huge yield but the quality is very satisfying. it has a really nice soft kinda of fresh linen scent that is very pleasant. smelled like some bubba kush i had before so im assuming thats a kush smell. the high is very mellow at first but before you know it your mind is in a full rush of activity locked into focus with whatever you were doing.

one thing i really liked about this plant was how dense it was, super bad ass freebie!. it was definitely fun to be apart of this, this is really only my first couple of grows and i am still learning a lot. seeing and trying different methods is the best part of learning how to grow. see you all next time around:bigjoint:

Thanks For The Invite Sgt John But I Work From Sunup To Sundown This Time Of Year And Growing In A 8 Oz Res Requires Alot Of Devotion And I Dont Have Time For It.:weed:

Don't see the point of using seeds in a party cup. Why not just use clones? I guess its just me but seeds seem to be hard to come by unless I buy em. Typically just do clones. About to do a double stacked 20x36" SOG with party cups. Using two 240 Watt G8LED lights. I'll probably start a thread for it once my clones are rooted and moved into the cups.

I'd be willing to join the competition with a few seeded plants if I can get some cheap seeds. I normally just grow mothers and make clones though.

Well the winner is obvious, Sgt john in second for me although I didn't judge on weight alone. Has anybody given any thought about my suggestion of like a 5 or 10 entry fee to help with prizes and to separate those that are serious from those that aren't ?

Well seeing as I have finished 2 Grows with G8LEDs in a 4x4 tent. Got 323 grams of dried weight my first one and 394 grams my second with a 600 Watt. Every grow I have mixed things up though. first one I did 8 clones in 2 gallon pots. Needed more root space for sure. Second I did 23 plants in 2 gallon pots and got more but wasn't happy with that configuration. In both of those cases I believe I needed more root space and I pulled the second one a little early because of having to move. This time around I am doing 9 plants in 5 gallon pots and I'm already sure I'll be topping a pound. I grow organically as well.

OK I gotta get off my ass with this. I've become less competitive in my old age so to judge people competitively is not something I enjoy to do. I'm in it for the laughs, if you haven't noticed, and finishing was good enough for me. Now assuming I can't vote for myself, (Mama didn't raise no dummy!), and with Puff's criteria, and my own in mind, here's my vote. And I didn't enjoy it :smile:.

1st Dawg- Degree of difficulty and commitment alone got this Hydro-God my top vote. The fact that he grew a relatively shitload of smokeable smoke was just a bonus. Great job getting it done Dawg. Bravo!

2nd and 3rd was a tough call with 3 people vying for 2 spots. So in 2nd was Alex with his top nug and my complete bias towards the way he grows, and not cause he just repped me, (Thanx Al!) LOL. And in 3rd was SgtJ with his pretty lady and commitment to the game. PsychoN should be on the list and those three names just kept switching places till I decided to stop being a weenie and decide.

Also a big round of applause to GreenG the Bubble Making Machine and everyone else who competed. And of course a huge Thank You to our most generous and gracious host PuffeNuff. Hopefully we'll both be in the next one. See Ya Round Everyone!
