you can grow one big plant or 3 tiny plants. its up to you. there are ample videos on youtube that show you how to maximize space. People growing indoors train (top, list, super crop, ect.) in order to maximize space. It sounds like your afraid of training so if i were you i would stay with 1 plant at a time. I have grown strawberry kush and they will stretch and almost double their size from when they were flipped.
I really think You need to learn to top if you wanna be successful growing with that tent. topping a plant is the easiest thing to do i really don't see how any adult could honestly mess it up. I also have ibs but it sure doesn't affect my eyesight when topping a plant. Please don't take offense to anything i said. I'm only trying to push you out of the nest, because it needs to be done sir. You will be so much happier when you learn to top plants and so on..
