I started gathering all the equipment and beans months ago and as it all slowly arrived I began putting it all together. I’m growing in my closet stealthy so needed good quality equipment. I chose to go with AC infinity 2x2x4 grow tent. I’m also running there 4” exhaust fan with the temp and RH controller. I decided to go with the Viparspectra P1500.
I ordered beans and picked the Zkitilles from Hermies seed bank. I began germination on the the 3rd of November. Began vegetation on the 6th. Lightly watered with a spray bottle for the first week. Day 8 I mixed some molasses with a bit of liquid seaweed into a gallon garden sprayer. Watered the plants on the next feeding enough to saturate all the soil but not to the point of having any run off. Growing organically in a 3 gallon fabric pot. This held the plants over for 3 days easily and after the 4th day I lightly watered the top soil so not to have completely dry soil in the top 1/3 of the pot. I allowed the soil to go dry but not completely dry. For the start of week 3 I made a compost tea with earth worm casting , compost , bat guano , liquid seaweed and molasses. Brewed for 24hrs and fed the soil in the start of week 3. I checked the ppm and it was at 500 and the ph was good at 6.7 . The plant seems to have liked it. Day 20 of this girls life and I topped her today. I’ve been able to keep the par as a seedling at 200 and increased it every week since. My temperature has stayed at 78 with humidity has stayed at 65-67. Really trying to stay within the recommended VPD. So far so good.
