long story short i have a 400watt cooltube for this tent already. I havent set everything up yet, have everything i need though. My problem is i have a 1000watt over my mothers at my buddys. Its in the basement so temps are decent. Im moving everything over to my place and i have a 5x5 closet i planned to use as my veg room but the 1000watt is way too hot. SO if i can get a 600watt in my tent then ill use the 400watt i already have for my mothers.

Can i put a 600watt cooltube in a 2'x3'x5' tent?

You could, but imo it will be to much heat and to much light. I have a 400 in a 2'x3' and is a bit much light, as I get some leaf bleeching. My 600 is in a 3'x3.5' and that seems about perfect.

Haha I ended up finding a thread where a guy ran a 1000watt in the same size space but had an a/c running. No bleaching.. He said it was a bit heavy on the electric bill of course so he switched to a 600 and barely runs the a/c now. I figured with finding that out Id be good with a 600 long as I had cold intake, now clearly straight vented cold intake haha.. Thanks man

I've seen his setup...your light isn't in question smart guy...it's your exhaust that is the problem.
So fix it and stop trying so hard to be right :bigjoint:

LoL this thread was before i reconsidered my ventilation setup. I would have done what u guys said now.. with the fan at the end.. if i was running the 400 still. But regardless it will be too hot so I will just run straight cold intake for the light itself.

Im right your wrong. I am man..

Im simply joking... and no i was actually trying to straighten your thinking out. Ive moved passed the ventilation problem. This thread was before I even brought it up.

Your still going about it though...what you "would" have done

As far as I'm concerned all of your threads lead to the argument :bigjoint:
