2x4×4 space indoor/cheapest lighting

I have a little 2x4x4 cabinet I built and am currently using 3 $12 great value Walmart lights. I want to upgrade to something better but don't really want to spend a shit ton of money. Any suggestions for lights that won't put a huge dent in my pocket?

Lights are the one thing that you don't want to skimp on. You really do get what you pay for with lights and insufficient lighting will affect your yield. If you are going with LED then expect to pay more than $250 to properly light 2' x 4'. The only cheaper option would be to go with HPS but then you'll have a lot more heat to deal with.

If you’re handy enough to build a cabinet then you should look into building your own strips

Im using a 600w hps / mh in an 4×2 tent 48x24x60 just started 10 Stardawg F2s 3 days old SoG style grow

Get a couple 200w cfls with reflectors or 4ft t5 unit at the cheaper end.You dont have to have the best light if you just want something cheap to get started quickly.
