I don't believe this thread would have so many replies if it hadn't been a text book case of "How to NOT grow".
In the pics, I spotted, poor lighting, over-watering, over-nuted, pots too small, it just goes on and on.. I even heard the OP mention
miracle grow. I'd just start over. Throw the poor things away if they are going to be treated like red headed step children.
He said those pics are 3 1/2 months old- I'm assuming he meant weeks.
Here's some simple steps-
1. invest in grow light, lamp using CFL
2. start the seedlings off in rockwool and transplant into minimum 2 gallon container (so u can avoid transplanting for long time, if at all),
3. use FFoF soil
4. water once every 2-3 days by watering all of the soil thoroughly
5. only use nutrients after about a month, and only feed once per week
