Ok ty I appreciate your help really helps me out. Do i use just them during veg then take them out and put the soft whites in or do I just add them at flowering?

mixing daylights and soft white works well for all stages of growth

you may be too compact under daylight alone

You can also remove the diffusers to get a more direct light, its what I would do.
