3 day Bud Dryer

It's not something really fancy but it does the trick.
Im serious when I mean 3 day dryer.

In 3 days i can pull a bud out and smoke a bowl and have white ashes.

So basically it's obviously a cardboard box with strings running in them.

but I have 2 holes/ One for intake and the other for exhaust.

The key to not having really harsh tasting buds is that you want air coming across the buds gently. Not forcing air on them.

So I have a 12v pc fan wired with a 12v cellphone charger.

That fan Is for exhaust. Im pulling the air through the hole on the other side.

I also made the fan to fit in that small canister because I can attach a carbon filter to eliminate smell, using one of those face mask filters you use for painting and such.

So thats about it. After the 3 day dry they get their final manicure and go straight to the jars. Good luck everyone and hope this helps.

Mine is similar but I use a storage tote with metal racks. Definitely wouldn't dry without it.

Hey that sounds crafty. I've used this Twice and wouldnt dry without it too.

heres a simple question, would a non heated food dehydrator / jerky maker work?

My understanding is that they get too hot for cannabis, though I've heard of using one for drying water cured bud.

water curing is the shit

ive dried my whole crop once in about 3 days. i just hung everthing in my closet grow room and put a space heater in there kept the room around 90 deg f with an air exahust running those bitches dried real quik


i had to do it cuz budrot had set in so i chopped and dried asap

is this only for curing or could this method be used during harvesting as well?

I was thinking of doing this but when i thought of it i was going to add 1 intake and 1 exhaust fan. Would that work good? But my main question is with your set up, that hole you use for ur intake doesn't that let some of the smell out? cause i need to do this on a stealthy base.
