3 day old plants plz help

Well these are my beautiful maui waui plants. I cant tell what the problem is. I know i overwatered them for the next 3 days! Ouch. Also yes the fan was too cold when i checked them this morning so ive only made one changed since i saw this like this which is turn off the fan. Any suggestions could help out. Thanks.

put them in a pot with soil up to 1in from bottom of the first leaves.. there getting to long and are going to fall over and get stem rot.. transplant transplant then let them dry out before watering..

Ok so i have changed the plants into bigger pots like you said, after bout 7hrs they are still looking the same, the small leaves they have are still curled up and i did water them with a spray bottle not too much and not too little. The soil around was dry and the bottom got a bit wet before transplanting. So my question is are they still too young or and i worrying too much on my little sweethearts
