in the news papper they are talking about shutting down alot of the jail in merced and only keeping violent offenders. people are getting sent back to county from the hub in tracy to do there violations. i personally think i will get 6 months or less and end up with a kick and do about 60 to 90 days.... wishfull thinking
i do 9 plants to each 1,000 that way i only have to pull 1 ounce 3/4 a plant to hit my pound. wat ever works for you. you might be more comfortable with 25 smaller plants. iv done that as well too.
Thats how they operate. Placer county DA tried to give me a strike at 17 years old for assault and battery. It ended up getting throw out. I didn't even spend a night in Juvenal Hall. By simiply accusing you of somthing very severe they make their case look very strong when in reality it is not. Selling marijuana is not going to get u prison time in California. Its in you lawyers hands law now. Expect the worst and hope for the best.
I say no more than a month. DA in the central valley have much bigger problems on there hands. Stockton doesn't even have enough police to effectively keep the population safe. My cousins got robbed out there and the cops never even showed up because they were stretched soo thin. This is true for most of the central valley. Im predicting u will do a month or less, they will just slap on a long probation period.

also realize that ur lawyer is not going to tell u the true severity of ur situation because he wants u to feel like u need him. Lawyers are known to do that. He will keep u scared so u feel like u are getting your moneys worth. My lawyer did the same thing telling me I could have a strike when in reality he knew there was no way in hell it was going to happen. He just sat there singed a few papers and took his 2 grand.

Its simple, dont do business outside your race. That will eliminate 50% of the problem. Next dont go to the ghetto, there is another 25%. Never accept things from strangers, another 10%.So i was looking for a hook on Friday (in the ghetto) and 2 dudes and a skank walk up to me asking if i need any trees. I gave them a price i was willing to pay and they refused. About 2 minutes later they come back and say that their friend has some in his car in the parking lot and they agreed to the price. While I was walking over they kept asking me if I had the money and stupidly i said yes but i refused to pull it out. Once we got to the car they stopped and asked to see the money, i quickly flashed it and the nigga grabbed it out of my hand, jumped in his car and drove off. Even after he grabbed it i still didn't know what the fuck was going on. After letting it sink in and going over the situation i felt like the worlds biggest bitch. I also realized all my dumb ass mistakes i made. Im not the person to make these types of mistakes either but for some reason my brain wasn't working and i also ignored my gut feeling. FUCK IM SO FUCKIN PISSED. I would have normally taken down the license plate number and got an address from that so i could send some one to robb those fucks but i didn't do that either, FUCKK!!! I broke the golden rule and i learned the hard way. Being sloppy has its price. What should i do now. Have no idea who they are, didn't get the plate numbers fuckkk.
