3 leafs

I started six clones, four are budding know. The remaining two stoped growing a while ago, and only have three leafs. Here is pictures of the six . can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Nothings wrong.. leaves are what they are... the one in my av had everything from 9 - 1 leaf... they look good... luck..

when should i change my water. I was told that you have to dissgard the water after so long?

i read on here that you should change the water after 2 weeks? someone correct me if wrong. But they look good to me =) happy growing
